Intelligent Information Network Training Workstation (2nd CNC)

This Intelligent information network cabling training workstation is designed for the 2nd National Vocational Skills Competition of the People’s Republic of China (Tianjin, 2023). It’s according to the scenario of integrated cabling and data centres in construction projects. It is a new set of information network cabling training product that meets the traditional integrated cabling practical training needs, but also to comply with the WorldSkills Competition “information network cabling” skill competition standards, and the latest IDC data centre installation specifications.

I. Module Name: Simulation Engineering Wall of Information Network Cabling
Specifications: Length 2100mm * Width 3040mm * Height 1400mm

Features:
The Simulation Engineering Wall of Information Network Cabling simulates the working environment of building engineering integrated cabling and data centers, aligning with the latest IDC data center installation standards.
It is a multifunctional, expandable hands-on workstation for information network cabling, developed with a modular design for minimal unit modules.
It meets the training and teaching content of traditional integrated cabling subsystems and the competition standards of the WorldSkills “Information Network Cabling” project at the school, municipal, provincial, national, and world levels.
This workstation serves as a training and assessment platform for cultivating and selecting high-quality integrated cabling talents.
It can be expanded to include teaching content on intelligent buildings, smart homes, and IoT engineering technology skills training, further increasing the platform’s utilization rate.

IV. Module Name: Steel Wire Cable Rack

1. Mesh structure with galvanized surface design.
2. Equipped with standard connection components, it can be combined into the required shape according to the environment.
3. Strong load-bearing capacity, able to support over 100 kg per square meter

V. Module Name: Information Network Device Pole
Specifications: Height 1500mm * Width 100mm cylindrical

Features:
1. Uses actual engineering project models to simulate the construction of high-pole equipment in engineering projects.
2. Considering the load-bearing capacity of high-pole device installation equipment, an embedded fixing method is used at the bottom of the pole device to fix the high-pole device to the connection cabinet.
3. Simulates the safe construction process of pole lines, with safety rope fixing attachments at the top of the pole device to ensure safety during construction
